The outcome

I promised you to tell you the outcome of my coaching process as well. Naturally it is very personal and nothing that can or should be applied to anyone else.

As described previously I wasn’t really sure what I was expecting from the coaching when I contacted my coach, but as our first meeting got closer I understood that I was to see if 1) communication is where I want to be and 2) if there is a different way to approach work life than 8-5.

So where did I end up? Yes, communication is where I belong. As a bonus I also figured out what my passion (in life), purpose (for my communication) and what my driving force is.

And, surprise, I figured out, that there are options to how to set-up a work life. It doesn’t need to be “either or”, more “both and”. I think I knew this already, I just had a different and more narrow approach to it than I see now.

To that I figured out things about honesty and money and how my view on these two topics influences me and my decisions. I’m not saying that I’ve been wrong, I’m saying that now I’m conscious and can (if I feel like it) make other decisions going forward.

Not the least, I now allow curiosity, inspiration and creativity to be a much bigger and more dominant part of my life. Let’s see where we end up.

Once again, if you are curious of yourself, hire a coach there are so many new things to discover.
