Getting up early in the morning, I mean SUPER early (05.15 am) to be at the gym to be ready with your workout before 7.00 am, is the best thing ever. It IS! I promise you it is.
After being away for a week not doing much of anything than eating various forms of gluten and drinking massive amounts of wine, waking up at that time is not fun, but afterwards with a cup of coffee and breakfast the feeling is divine, divine I tell you.
