It helps

To be a goofball (does this word still exist, or does it only reveal that my American English is more of a teen in the 90’s ), when married to a goofball – helps. A lot. I want to claim that the Mr and I are still very happy together, and part of that recipe is that we both are extremely – silly. It works because our silliness is based in the same type of humor. Then we both genuinely enjoy our frivolousness.

Just a tip from the relationship coach, 30+ (I don’t bother to count) year into the madness.
