I just want to be the customer

Why is it so hard for suppliers to do what is expected of them. To actually do what is not only expected of them, but what is THEIR JOB – to get back to their customers? I just don’t get it.

In one case I actually turned to the CEO after months of silence (and of course a number of reminders). And in the other case we are looking into the fact to start talking money (and then I am not thinking of providing EXTRA) to get them understand that we are serious.

I just want to get the service I’m expecting as a paying customer. If you can’t manage bring in some who can.
