Many times, like today, when I really strongly feel like doing something completely different professionally. There is still one thing that stops me more from doing it. No, not the security of continious stream of things to do, not the money (LOL definitely not he money) it is my colleagues.
Today there was a set of ears that listen to me and confirmed me (that I was right and someone else wrong, really wrong).
So, when leaving to do my own thing I need to have made it big, room for colleagues.
