I really tried

So, been off for some days. Holiday season’s last shiveing days. Anyhow, during my three day work week last week, I felt that I had a cold coming up.

So I really tried to relax. You know, the best way to get ill, is to relax. And I really wanted it out of my system. Every night I felt my throat getting sore and my head started to hurt and  I told my self to take some deep breaths to let it (the cold) come all over me. And the nights have been tough. Coughing and hurting, but after getting up in the morning, it settled.

So, now I sit here with a runny nose and a headace knowing it will be all good tomorrow morning… Better wait for next vacation to let it get me, real bad then.

      well, maybe it’s not that bad… but when when I feel all tired and the throat feels like barb wire … a small portion of self pity is a good for you 😉

      still no improvement. evenings and nights are really REALLY terrible…
