Double standard

Right now I am not what you would say "in balance" with my employer. I don't know if it is me or "them" (but I sure know what they would say to that question), but really, I find more and more things that annoys me at the office. 

I know, it is a clear sign to do something different. Point taken and acted upon.
What the worst thing is? Its the double standard. I can take a lot of bad stuff, actually I can take almost any bad stuff as long as you can stand for it. What I hate the most about double standard is when managers demand that you live by the book, as long as they do not have to (this does not apply to my immediate manger). 
I realise that I might be very naive, but some part of me want to believe in the honest people. And people includes managers.

    I totally agree. What's the point of having policies and guide lines if they are not for everyone in the company? So frustrating and condesceding at the same time.

    Maybe the managers aren't really people…maybe they are some kind of subhuman race…
