Judging people 

We often talk about not judging people based on their performance.

And how true that is.

Yesterday I got to hear how FANTASTIC and how little less fantastic I was, when performing the same task.

And it was then it struck me. Who I am can never be decided by what I do. As my performance, always is based on the expectations of others – something I can’t ever steer.
