Feedback is not always easy to give. There are way, as always, that are better than others. And people in general should know, at least be aware, what these ways are e.g. like this ones (there are others, google) if they are about to provide it.
And then there is the receiving part. Gahhhhh! The people that goes into (and geeeeee they are so many):
Deadening or denying, defending and/or explaining
How do I cope with these? Especially if they are in my immediate closeness?
