I am tired of people in leading positions who:
- Do not listen
- Do not care about people
- Do not see consequences, when it involves people, but apparently can see consequences when it involves money … hmm strange…
- Do not see it as their responsibility to motivate people, but are more than happy to ask you how you are going to contribute
- Do not know how to provide constructive feedback
- Do not know how to motivate people (oh, I mentioned that already, guess I find it important)
- Once hired you, but is not comfortable of letting you do your job without interfering or override your decisions
Is it not time for these people to get a job in the military and let others do a damn good job?
