What is wrong with the world

Or really; what is wrong with people? Something is for sure wrong with a company when people are getting burnt-out, one after the other.

I do believe that you as an adult have a responsibility to pull the breaks when you see the signs – and they are there. But it is not easy and the reasons to why people are getting burnt-out are probably more then there are people.

But as a company you would believe that someone would react and ask what is wrong, when more than one “hits the wall”. A someone who is might be a manager (perhaps with leadership or humanitarian skills), or why not a HR person or a simple co-worker.
