Some people are notorious liars, some are maybe more the kind tells lies not to hurt people (so VERY thoughtful of them). If you are a member of any of these groups and active on the social media scene, please remember that it is not very intelligent to tell a lie and then to go home and tell the truth in the social media. It just isn't, if you hadn't figured this out by your self.
Then one can argue, that NOONE should decide what I can and not say. Fully agree, but if it comes to the "not hurting" people reason, I just do not understand why to soften the blow in one direction and going all in in the other.

So, are you referring to telling a lie at work and then going on facebook or the like and telling everyone what you did. LOL. Certainly not bright!! People must not realize how much news travels online!!
