Why is it so?

Why is it so that many people spend SOOOOO much time having
opinions about other peoples work resultat. WHY?!?!?!?! I think
opinions are great. When delivered to the right people at the right
time. Not when gossiping to colleauges to pamper ones own feathers
of greatness.
