The heading is a straight translation from Swedish, I have now idea if there is something more correct in English. But this is what my Friday morning has been all about. After our 6:00 am Friday morning routine at the gym, it was time for an author event at our local book store.

Our local bookstore is what a book store used to be. Cosy and knowledgeable.

There I and a friend, with 97 other women and a man met the author Emma Hamberg, who is doing promotion for her latest book – Au revoir Agneta. She told stories of how reality has created her books. It was kind, beautiful, funny and warm. Very much like the book store itself.

It was conditioner for the soul.
