Friends and food (in that order) is what I love the most after my family. Today I met with two friends. Actually two former colleagues who turned into friends, for some well needed conversations.

I got served a vegetarian lasagna made of bean (!) pasta and home made tomato sauce. As I said I love food, but been bad at the vegetarian stuff, always thought it was kind of pallid for my palate. And who would have known bean pasta would be delicious.

The food together with my friends and their insights to life made this quite ordinary Tuesday, extraordinary – just as I want my life to be.
