I have learnt, the long oldfashion way, to not become 5 and meet my children in the same mannor as they sometimes choose to meet me.

Instead I leave, for 5-10 minutes and then return. First with a hug and then a talk what went wrong before.

But sometimes, life would be just so much easier if we only had dogs.
