Trying to eat better and exercise more this year. The entire last year was like a year long rest.
But some days are harder than others.
My friend has recommended carrots for those moments. And any other moment.
So that is what I have eaten now. And trust me, it has not so much to do about my unconditionally strong will, more about the fact that our cupboards are empty on anything with sugar, trans fats or salt.
Gotta change that.
