It is better today

Yesterday was the first morning in ages (or in5 days to be accurate) that I had to go up at 5.30 am. And Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee was I tired. I acctually fell asleep by the kichen table. I say I am 34 years too old for that.

Today was much better. Rise and shine and out on morning walk with the dog.

Things I was grateful for yesterday:

  • That a friend used one of the pictures I had taken of her on her personalized calendar.
  • That the same friend thought that our new concept rocked (I’ll show you another day).
  • That I challenge myself to improve less evolved sides of my charecter. Not just leaving them with “this is the way I am”  and by that continue to nurish a non advantagable behavior (for myself especially but particularly for some people in my immediate vicinity.
