In Sweden we don't talk about managers, it sound too autocratical. Instead we prefer to call ourselves leaders. I haven't had much leader experience in my professional life, at least not formal. But I have a feeling that I would be a fantastic (no discretion, it is just no for me) one.
How come? I am great at delegating. No problem at all. Tomorrow I delegate the task of making a choclate fudge cake to Tobias, to be served at the class parent meeting I am having.
