The daughter of a colleague of mine had asked her mother the other day why grownups become so dull. Good question and no good answer. But I sodomy swear here and now that I, once a week (well, you got to start somewhere right) shall do something real non-boring from a kids perceptive.
I do wonder if my goofy dances, that we do almost every night after dinner counts? There I am not trying any cool moves from the latest MTV videos, it is more acting out making outrageous moves and facial expressions. The kids like it and laugh. and laughter must be = to non-boring from a child's perspective, right?
I love technology. It is not the latest thing but chatting – what a great way to talk to people that happens to have five minutes over. Especially the ones that one talks to seldom to.
Birthday, the big 34 is coming up in about a week. Do you want to bet that my spouse will say: "What, didn't we say that we were not going to by each other anything?!" ? Well, he reads this blog so I am sure he won't now… It is not that I am picky… or maybe I am, but it is not so that I need to have that darn expensive whatever. I settle for a good thought turned in to gift/happening.
